Orders are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The time required to register the vignette after payment depends on the number of vignettes purchased and the countries included in the order. Each order is verified and immediately sent to the toll systems once the payment has been recorded.
Standard Processing
99.7% of orders are processed within 15 minutes after successful payment.
If it takes longer, your order may have encountered a minor issue — don't worry, our system has already notified us and we are working on a solution.
Orders Requiring Support
0.3% of orders require additional support and are processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour after successful payment.
This may be due to failures or maintenance of toll systems in the respective countries, which prolongs the usual processing time. If you wait longer than 1 hour, please contact us.
