About the Swiss annual vignette
Vignette validity How is the annual vignette validity period determined?
In Switzerland, there is only one type of vignette with a fixed validity date "for a given year". The 2026 vignette (includes December 2025) can be purchased from 01-12-2025 until 30-11-2026 and is valid until 31-01-2027 (until 23:59).
Example 1
A 2026 vignette purchased on 15-01-2026 is valid from the time of purchase until 31-01-2027.
Example 2
A 2026 vignette purchased on 30-11-2026 is valid from the time of purchase until 31-01-2027 (only 2 months).

Buy this vignette if your vehicle meets the following requirements:
- it is a multi-track vehicle (car),
- its maximum permissible weight is no more than 3,5 tonnes.
