Frequently asked questions
How much commission do I earn?
We set it individually – it depends on your partner profile, the products you promote and the traffic you generate. We pay on a CPS (cost per sale) or CPA (cost per action) basis, as agreed. Your account manager will discuss the details with you after reviewing your application.
How long is the cookie valid?
14 days. If someone clicks your affiliate link and buys within 14 days, you get the commission – even if they come back without clicking the link again. The full rules are set out in the affiliate agreement.
Do I need to be registered as a business?
Yes. We work with sole traders as well as larger companies – what matters is that you can issue a VAT invoice. We discuss the formal details individually after you apply.
Is there a minimum payout threshold?
No threshold. Your full balance goes into the next monthly payout.
How often do you pay commission?
Once a month, by the 15th, for the previous month, to the account specified in the affiliate agreement.
Are clicks counted when users have an ad blocker?
Yes. We record clicks on affiliate links server-side rather than through third-party ad scripts, so conversions are counted even with an ad blocker enabled.
Can I promote Autopay outside my website?
Yes – on your blog, in newsletters, on YouTube, on social media and in other digital channels. Prohibited forms of promotion (e.g. spam or search ads on Autopay brand keywords) are listed in the affiliate agreement.
Can I connect via API?
Yes, but API cooperation requires separate arrangements and a review of the expected sales volume.
How long does the application review take?
2–3 working days. Once approved, you will receive an e-mail with your account manager’s contact details and partner materials.
