Autopay Mobility Sp. z o.o. is committed to making its website mobility.autopay.eu accessible, in accordance with the national laws implementing Directive (EU) 2019/882 (the European Accessibility Act). This statement applies to mobility.autopay.eu, including the ordering process.
Compliance status
This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, and the European standard EN 301 549. The content listed below does not yet fully meet the requirements.
Non-accessible content
- Some interface elements, such as the notification bar and the cookie banner, do not yet reach the required colour contrast. We are working on a fix.
- Documents provided by third parties, in particular PDF files of the toll operators, are not consistently prepared in an accessible form.
- Embedded third-party content, such as map services and the pages of the payment service provider, is outside our control and may not fully meet the requirements.

What we do
- Accessibility is built into the components of our design system, which is used on every page and in the ordering process.
- We check the website regularly with automated tools and manually for keyboard operation, contrast and alternative texts.
- Reported barriers are prioritised and included in ongoing development.
