On our site you can pay for vehicles with a gross weight up to 3.5 tonnes in two categories: passenger cars and delivery vehicles. When placing your order, check the vehicle details and the start date carefully, because the Romanian system allows neither refunds nor changes to a vignette.

Placing orders for Romanian vignettes
Romania vignettes Ordering rules
The Romanian operator has introduced limits on how vignettes can be bought. Before confirming your order, pay close attention to the start date and the vehicle details:
- A vignette can be bought at most one month ahead – the start date can fall no later than one month from the day you place the order. Ordering on 18-09, the latest start date you can pick is 18-10.
- Vignettes must not overlap – if you want two consecutive vignettes to run without a gap, their periods must not overlap. After a vignette valid from 01-09 to 09-09, the next one should start on 10-09.
- The VIN number is required – registering the vehicle correctly in the Romanian road system requires the vehicle's VIN number.
Travelling by motorcycle or with a trailer? In Romania motorcycles and trailers are exempt from the vignette obligation.
Romania vignettes Changing and refunding vignettes
The Romanian system allows neither refunds nor changes to a vignette once it has been bought. Before confirming the order, check the registration number, the VIN number and the start date carefully. More information: Refunds and changes to tolls
