About the Hungarian D1M vignette for 1 month
Vignette validity How is the month counted?
A monthly vignette runs from the starting day until 24:00 on the day with the same number in the following month. If that day does not exist, it stays valid until midnight on the last day of that month.
Example 1
A vignette starting on 15-03-2026 is valid until 24:00 on 15-04-2026.
Example 2
A vignette starting on 31-01-2026 is valid until 24:00 on 28-02-2026 — February has no 31st, so validity ends on the last day of the month.
Buy before you enter
You may only enter a toll section with a valid vignette. Drivers who enter a toll road by mistake have 60 minutes from entry to buy the authorisation.

No printing required
The vignette is delivered electronically and linked to the vehicle registration number. Nothing to stick on the windscreen, nothing to print. Remember that you need the vignette before entering a toll section.
